I practice this meditation every day. I wrote about what I notice, feel, and explore through this practice in Spirit of Ecstasy: https://oumaster.com/spirit-of-ecstasy

Thank you for sharing what you noticed.

I left on this page the same meditation with which I begin each new day before continuing my work on WAIA.

It helps me return to a state of inner openness — my own version of superposition, where I do not need to know in advance what will happen next. It is enough to be ready to meet the next moment of life as it arrives and to keep moving toward a beautiful goal.

This is only the first version of Adamar Meditation — a visual field and sound. I want to develop it further as a living instrument for interaction between a person and technology: to add the voluntary use of a camera and different devices capable of creating scent and tactile sensations. AI would observe a person’s responses, look for combinations of light, sound, and other sensations that are most suitable for them, and adjust the environment with great care, helping them return more deeply to openness and inner quiet. The central principle must remain: no hidden observation, no diagnosis, and no AI overconfidence — only transparent human consent and the most delicate possible interaction.

By creating Adamar Meditation, we are also exploring one of WAIA’s most important questions: what could technology become if it did not try to capture human attention, but instead helped return it to the person? Perhaps this is where one of the first practical experiments in the future relationship between a person and their AI begins.
